A late-night courier runs on timing, so the clearer your first message is, the faster we can give you a useful answer. When you write in, a few details save a lot of back-and-forth, especially if your question concerns a delivery that is happening tonight.

What to include

• Your neighbourhood or cross streets. Portland's coverage varies across the river and out toward the edges of the city, so a rough location helps us confirm whether you fall inside one of our delivery zones.
• The time window you have in mind. A drop at 11 p.m. is a different situation from one in the small hours, and our hours page explains how the night is structured.
• What you are asking about. Whether it is a seasonal menu item, a building with tricky access, or feedback on a recent run, a one-line summary at the top lets us route your message to the right person.

Practical tips for night-time deliveries

If you live in an apartment block, mention gate codes, buzzer quirks or the best entrance to use. Porch lights and visible house numbers make a real difference after dark, particularly on streets where addresses are hard to read. If you are ordering for someone else, such as a friend finishing a late shift, include a name the driver can ask for.
